piston-diaphragm pump for exclusive use on the John Deere®
ProGator® 2020 and 2030 Utility Vehicles.

Special Features:

• Pin mounts exclusively to the ProGator 2020 & 2030 Utility Vehicles in less than five minutes. Uses two utility box hinge pins and one hydraulic lift cylinder pin for easy attachment (using optional "Quick Stand").

• Custom molded low profile fiberglass tank has SDI Shamrock Green gel coat with UV protection. Unique convex tank bottom design forces spray solution to outer gutters and into the rear mounted deep sump (excellent for low solution levels and hilly terrain conditions).

• 300 gallon model features tank anti-surge baffles.

• 16" screw-in filler opening is offset to the passenger's side of the tank for easy loading of spray solution (only 47" from ground to lid opening).

• Unique tank top rear recess houses diaphragm pump and system controls for easy access and adjustments.

• Three cylinder hydraulic drive piston-diaphragm spray pump with built-in pulsation damper. Easily handles all spray chemicals including abrasive wettable powders, aggressive iron formulas and even tracker dyes. The unique design even allows the pump to be run without spray solution (dry) with no damage to the pump’s diaphragms or mechanical components.

• Maximum system pressure of 200 PSI allows the use of a hand gun for trees and shrubs or the use of a "Walking Spray Boom" at the end of 200' of 1/2" spray hose.

• SDI's "V-6 Hydro-Mix" six venturi-jet agitation with ceramic metering orifice discs provides high performance hydraulic agitation throughout the solution tank.

• Daily vehicle maintenance is enhanced by the sprayer's design and mounting. Use of the hydraulic lift cylinder raises front the of sprayer to access the engine compartment and the open design makes battery service easy, too!
